Shipping Policy
Hong Kong Online Shopping: Free shipping on single orders of HK$2,000 or more, delivered to a designated residential address. For Hong Kong online orders under HK$2,000, customers can add a specified shipping fee for delivery to a designated residential address. The specified shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout.
To qualify for free shipping, please follow these steps:
- Go to your shopping cart
- Enter your delivery address in the “Notes” section of your shopping cart
- Read and agree to the online store’s terms and conditions
- Select “In-store Pickup” and choose the store closest to your delivery address
- Make payment
- A staff member will call you to confirm your delivery address and required details.
(If your order is over HK$2,000, select “Local Delivery”).
Macau Online Shopping: Free shipping on single orders of HK$5,000 or more, delivered to a designated residential address. For Macau online orders under HK$5,000, customers can pick up their orders themselves.
After completing the payment process online, customers will receive a confirmation email from our company. Regarding delivery time arrangements, our company will contact the customer within 3 business days of receiving order confirmation to schedule a delivery time. If there are delays in the bank approval and transfer of funds due to the customer’s credit card, the delivery date will be adjusted accordingly.
Hong Kong delivery service is limited to local delivery only; overseas delivery is not available. Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and designated outlying islands: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Tung Chung; it does not apply to the following outlying islands: Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and any areas where trucks are prohibited. (An additional $300 surcharge will apply to Discovery Bay). Logistics centers, smart lockers, and consolidation warehouses are not within the delivery area; Tom Lee Music Limited reserves the right to cancel such orders and charge a 5% administrative fee without prior notice.
The delivery address cannot be a post office box number; please provide a detailed delivery address and contact telephone number.
Delivery service is not available for locations not directly accessible by truck.
If the delivery address is not accessible by lift or if the goods are too large to be transported by lift, the company reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees, which must be paid in cash immediately to the company’s logistics department.
The following terms apply to all goods. The delivery date refers to either the customer’s order date or the date the goods arrive and are ready for delivery, whichever is later. Once delivered, the customer assumes the risk of loss or gain and must collect the goods within 30 days of the delivery date. If the customer fails to collect the goods within 30 days of the delivery date, they may request storage for up to 6 months after full payment, subject to advance payment of all related storage fees. The monthly storage fee is 5% of the price per item or HKD 1,000, whichever is greater. If the customer fails to collect the goods within the 6-month storage period, the customer will be deemed to have abandoned the goods, and the company may dispose of the goods without prior notice and will not be liable to the customer in any legal way. All payments already made by the customer will not be refunded. The company reserves the right to adjust storage fees without prior notice.
The following terms apply to all products including pianos/digital pianos/electronic keyboards: The delivery date refers to either the customer’s order date or the date the goods arrive and are ready for delivery, whichever is later.
Once the goods are delivered, the customer assumes the risk and must collect the goods within 30 days of the delivery date.
If the customer fails to collect the goods within 30 days of the aforementioned delivery date, the customer may request storage of the goods for a maximum period of 12 months after full payment, subject to advance payment of all relevant storage fees.
The monthly storage fee is 5% of the price per item per month.
If the customer fails to collect the goods within the 12-month storage period, the customer will be deemed to have abandoned the goods, and our company may dispose of the goods without prior notice and will not be liable to the customer in any way. All payments already made by the customer will not be refunded.
Our company reserves the right to adjust storage fees without prior notice.
If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the delivery day, the delivery fee will not be refunded. A second delivery will be charged if a re-delivery is required.
Our company will make reasonable efforts to deliver the goods to the customer. Under this premise, except for cases of gross negligence on our part, our company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer due to failed delivery, delayed delivery, or any event occurring during the delivery process.
If there is severe weather, road congestion, or closure on the delivery day, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will contact the customer within 48 hours to make re-arrangements, and the re-delivery service will be completed within 10 days.
Our company reserves the right to determine the final delivery area without further notice.
In-Store Pickup
Customers who purchase online can choose to pick up their goods at a designated in-store.
Once payment is completed, requests to change the pickup location will not be accepted.
Please pick up your goods at the location and on the date specified on your order confirmation. Due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, road congestion, or closures, store hours may be subject to change. Please call the store to confirm opening hours before picking up your order.
If the store where you wish to pick up your product is closed due to weather or other factors, you may pick it up the following day.
Please provide a valid order confirmation upon pickup; expired confirmations are invalid. Order confirmations cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
For in-store pickup orders, the store staff will send a confirmation SMS to the phone number on the order. Customers must provide the staff with this confirmation number to complete the verification process and present the credit card used for online purchase for verification.
Customers choosing to collect their goods at designated Hong Kong stores can collect their goods at the designated location 7 working days after payment and must complete the collection process within 14 working days.
If a customer fails to collect their goods at the branch within the designated period, the company reserves the right to charge a storage fee.
If unable to collect the goods in person, a third party may be authorized to collect them on their behalf.
The authorized person must present the following documents upon collection*:
- The authorized person’s identity card for verification.
If the authorized person fails to provide all of the above documents, the company reserves the right not to return the goods.

Please present the credit card used for online shopping for verification. (A copy is also acceptable)
